The City of Allen distributes federal and local grant funding to agencies that meet criteria set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The grant application process is now closed. Applications are being reviewed and eligible applicants will be contacted by mid-June 2021 regarding funding.
The City of Allen is now accepting applications for Public Service and Community Support Grants. The City will be accepting applications through May 10, 2021 at 3 p.m. Approximately $162,000 will be available for public services for the October 1, 2021-September 30, 2022 program year. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties and the deadline will be strictly enforced. It is highly recommended that applicants submit early and call to confirm receipt.
