COVID-19 Vaccination

Allen Fire Department ended COVID-19 vaccine hub operations on May 6, 2021 after vaccinating more than 50,000 individuals and administering nearly 100,000 shots. Though Allen Fire Department will not offer additional vaccine appointments, COVID-19 vaccines are readily available at local grocery/retail pharmacies, hospitals, doctor's offices and county health departments.

How can I request a copy of my CDC vaccination card?

Allen Fire Department no longer maintains duplicate records of the CDC card given during vaccinations. If you need a copy of your vaccination record, you may request the information directly from Texas Health and Human Services.

What if I missed my second shot?

Individuals who were unable to schedule their second COVID-19 vaccine through Allen Fire Department can get their second shot from a different provider.

Why did Allen Fire Department close its hub?

Allen Fire Department's vaccine hub was created to help bridge the gap in vaccine distribution until private providers could handle the demand. Now that vaccine appointments are readily available, COVID-19 vaccine distribution is no longer needed by Allen Fire Department as part of its emergency management role.
